At Dream Big Sleep Consulting, we don’t just support babies and children; we are available to work with adults (and teenagers also) to pinpoint what your sleep challenges are and create a solution that consists of a simple, easy, step-by-step system to help you get a full night’s sleep without the use of addictive sleep aides. In fact, this is a new approach called Solve Your Sleep ™ that works by making easy little “tweaks” to your daily, and nightly, routine for long-term and long-lasting results!

What does an Adult Dreamer Private Consultation Package Look like?
Detailed Assessment
We will start with a detailed assessment of your current sleep habits and the areas in your life that may be affecting your sleep. This will include an intake questionnaire, a food and beverage log (don’t worry, I won’t be asking you to give up anything specific but just some suggestions about when to consume them), and maybe even a movement log.
Private Consultation + Plan
Then we will hold a private consultation to go over your detailed step-by-step plan and fine tune the details. That way you will be comfortable and confident with exactly how to follow the steps (examples might include your sleep environment, your schedule, your bedtime routine, your night wake-ups, your mindset, and more).
Sleep log
You will then get a sleep log so we can both keep track of your progress as we implement each step. It does not have to be in-depth or involve any sleep monitors, just your reporting on your own interpretation.
Weekly check-ins
We will have weekly check-ins (phone or video chat) over the course of the next 4 weeks. The purpose is to address any roadblocks you may be encountering, and how to get past them, as well as discuss the next steps to continue moving forward. But also to celebrate all the wins you will be experiencing.
Resource Tool Kit
As part of this package, you will also get an additional tool kit with logs, cheat sheets, checklists, and more.
